Testimonials
What our customers have to say
FPC Continue to deliver outstanding service to Tarmac. FPC make it easy to book visits in and always has availability. They always turn up on the days agreed and work well with the site teams. They get certificates and invoices to us within a couple of days. Overall they are a very knowledgable company who charge a reasonable price. You can't ask much more from a contractor so are one of the best companies we work with.
This Hertfordshire Country Show has been pleased to employ David Sendall as our Fire Protection Consultant for over 20 years. During this time our show has grown to be the largest outside event in Hertfordshire, with attendance's exceeding 30,000 visitors. With the pro-active and professional support from the Fire Protection Company, our reputation as a safe and well organised event (despite the ever-increasing safety legislation), has been both maintained, and enhanced. I have no hesitation in recommending the Fire Protection Company services to all prospective clients.
As a customer of yours for over 10 years, I am more than pleased with the service I have received from your company. I have always found you quick to respond, a very fair price and consistent practice in giving out fire safety information. Many firms once they have a foot in the door tend to hike prices up without telling you. I can safely say your firm has never done this.
You came recommended to us and we are pleased to express how much of a pleasure it was in dealing with your company from our initial enquiry to the implementation of the fire safety equipment. We very much appreciated your honest opinions in respect of our requirements and have taken on board your recommendations for the future of our premises.
I would just like to take the time to say how Professional, Efficient and supportive the Fire Protection Company are with the service they deliver. They are always at the end of the phone when I need support with our systems. Whilst they provide a professional service, they equally give off a family feel run business, which, in my opinion, gives off such a unique service rather than just being a number!
